Daniel Shugarman is DWF Canada's Country Managing Partner, based in Vancouver, called to the British Columbia Bar in 1994. He holds an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia and a B.Comm. from the University of Alberta, where he made the Dean's List. He is a trial lawyer handling catastrophic injury, product liability, medical malpractice, abuse litigation and class action matters, having argued before the British Columbia Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada. He combines trial advocacy with mediation, prioritizing client privacy and practical resolution.
