Paul Prosterman joined the firm in 2026 as litigation counsel after more than three decades in insurance law and product liability. Licensed in Quebec, Ontario, and Saskatchewan, he advises insurers on coverage and compliance issues and defends them in complex disputes. Paul's practice includes professional liability, cyber liability, and directors' and officers' liability matters, along with pharmaceutical and consumer product recall class actions. He earned his law degrees from McGill University and was called to the Quebec bar in 1990, later adding Ontario and Saskatchewan. Paul is fluent in both English and French.
