About Nathaniel
Nathaniel J. Hartney is a trial lawyer with Preszler Injury Lawyers' British Columbia branch. His litigation background spans major criminal cases and several years at an ICBC insurance defence firm, but he found his true calling representing individuals rather than corporations and moved into a plaintiff-only practice. He has served as lead counsel in more than 125 trials, spanning both jury and non-jury proceedings. In 2014, Access Pro Bono BC honoured him with the Dugald Christie Award for his commitment to pro bono legal work. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan in 2009 and is licensed to practice in British Columbia.
