About Chelsea

Chelsea Bianchin brings experience across real estate and financial services, having managed complex real estate transactions such as property acquisitions, condominium developments, land development, and commercial leasing. She regularly works alongside architects, planners, and accountants to move projects forward, and has handled financing and acquisition deals ranging from ten to fifty million dollars. Her work has included guiding established developers through the entire development process, from raw land acquisition and approvals through easement negotiation and registration to the final sale of lots. Chelsea earned her LLB from the University of Leeds in 2012 and previously worked at Carleton Law Group, Cooper Professional Corporation, and McCarter Grespan Beynon Weir PC.
