Neal H. Roth has practised law in the Greater Toronto Area since 1982, focusing on civil litigation, corporate law, real estate law, construction lien litigation, and estate law. He represents both individuals and small to medium-sized businesses in court, and has acted as counsel in reported cases including Hobson v. Turner (2022 ONSC 4062), Thermal Exchange Service Inc. v. Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 1289 (2022 ONCA 186), and Beals v. Saldanha ([2003] S.C.J. No. 77).
