About Natalie
Natalie G. Caballero is an associate at Stringer LLP, advising clients on employment and labour law issues such as wrongful dismissals, human rights complaints, occupational health and safety, and labour arbitrations, across both unionized and non-unionized workplaces. Before joining the firm she articled in-house with a major construction union and completed a law school placement at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, having previously worked as a paralegal and run her own small business. She earned her J.D. from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law in 2023, where she co-founded and served as Vice President of Events for the Latin American Law Student Association. She also holds an Honours B.A. in Criminology, graduating Summa Cum Laude from York University, and a Paralegal Diploma with Dean's List honours from Humber College. Natalie currently mentors with the Canadian Hispanic Bar Association.
