About Jeremy

Jeremy practises across all areas of human resources law, including employment standards, employment contracts, labour and construction labour relations, occupational health and safety, and human rights. He has represented employers before all levels of Ontario courts as well as the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. His work includes defending wrongful dismissal claims, advising on union avoidance and certification applications, guiding employers through arbitration and bargaining, and handling health and safety due diligence and charges. He also advises on minimizing the costs of terminations and workplace changes. Jeremy holds a J.D. from Queen's University (2006).
