About Allison
Allison L. Taylor is Counsel at Stringer LLP, where she practises primarily in employment law. Her work includes drafting employment and consulting contracts and severance packages, advising on employment standards, pay equity and human rights issues, representing employers in Human Rights proceedings, and handling wrongful dismissal and benefits litigation. She also acts for employers in labour and other injunction applications. Allison speaks frequently at seminars on topics such as termination, harassment, discrimination, workplace privacy and employment contracts, and has co-authored several publications in the field, including a guide to alternative work relationships. She holds an LL.B., an M.L.S., an M.A. and a B.A., all from the University of Toronto.
