About Nadim

Nadim Mansour is a litigator at Rousseau Mazzuca LLP whose practice focuses on labour law along with civil and construction litigation, and he also has experience in employment law and professional regulation. On the labour side, he represents clients in certification and termination applications, unfair labour practice complaints and grievances, while his litigation work covers breach of contract disputes, construction lien claims and Construction Act adjudications. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Ontario Court of Justice. Before joining Rousseau Mazzuca, Nadim worked at a labour and employment firm in Toronto, represented health professionals in regulatory matters at another firm, and served as an Assistant Crown Attorney with the Ministry of the Attorney General. He holds a combined Juris Doctor and Honours Business Administration degree from the Faculty of Law and Ivey Business School at Western University. Earlier in his career he worked at the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C. and served as a medic in the Singapore Armed Forces.
