About Ryan

Ryan Conlin is a partner practicing primarily in regulatory and employment law. He advises and represents employers and individuals facing charges under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Environmental Protection Act, and provides proactive advice on OH&S and environmental compliance. His work also covers workers' compensation issues, litigation before the WSIB and WSIAT, professional discipline defence, and employment related immigration matters. Ryan frequently speaks and writes for legal organizations, employers and human resource groups, and has co-authored several publications, including The Employer's Health & Safety Manual for Ontario. He holds an LL.B. from Queen's University, awarded in 2001, and a B.A. from Bishop's University.
