About Quinn

Quinn Brown is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley's Toronto office. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2022 and advises employers in both the private and public sectors on grievance and interest arbitrations, employment litigation, collective bargaining, and workplace accommodation. She regularly appears before labour arbitrators and has argued cases before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Federal Court. Quinn is building particular expertise in the college sector. She earned her JD from Queen's University, where she worked as a caseworker at Queen's Legal Aid Clinic, and holds a BA from McGill University. She summered and articled at Hicks Morley before rejoining as an associate in 2022.
