About Nadine
Nadine Blum maintains a broad labour and employment law practice, taking on unjust employer policies and helping unions protect job security while advising clients on discrimination and harassment issues in the workplace. She has represented teachers, public servants, hospital employees, construction unions, and others, litigating disputes when needed and arguing cases before decision-makers ranging from labour arbitrators to the Supreme Court of Canada. She founded the Pro Bono Four Villages Legal Clinic, which connects firm lawyers with vulnerable workers needing legal advice. She earned her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the bar in 2006 after clerking at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and before joining the firm she served as legal counsel on the Air India inquiry.
