About Michelle
Michelle Folliott is an employment lawyer, advisor and investigator who helps organizations build healthy, productive workplaces. Before joining Turnpenney Milne LLP, Folliott practised at a management-side labour and employment firm and held leadership roles at one of Ontario's largest public sector employers, establishing human rights, ethics and investigations functions there. Folliott partners with clients to conduct workplace investigations, provide practical advice, and develop equity-centered strategies, programs and policy frameworks. Folliott has been recognized with national awards, including Canada's Top 10 Diversity & Culture Impact Leader, and is a frequent speaker and trainer at the executive and board level. Folliott was called to the Ontario bar in 2013 and holds a JD from the University of Toronto and a BA from York University.
