Jamie van Diepen routinely advises public companies, private companies, and private equity firms on a broad range of merger and acquisition transactions, including cross-border deals, take-over bids, plans of arrangement, going-private transactions, and divestitures. He also regularly advises clients on contested governance matters, including proxy contests.
