About Stephen

Stephen Birman is the Managing Partner-Designate of Thomson Rogers, set to become Managing Partner in 2027. His practice focuses on personal injury litigation, long-term disability, and class action litigation, and he is a Certified Litigation Specialist recognized by the Law Society of Ontario. He began his career working with residential school survivors on Canada's largest class action settlement.
