About Brandon

Brandon Moscoe is a lawyer at Acumen Law Corporation practising administrative law, particularly motor vehicle matters such as driving prohibitions, driving-while-prohibited charges, and traffic violations, along with judicial reviews of 90-day IRPs and ADPs. Moscoe also handles civil cases involving personal injury and motor vehicle accidents, plus select criminal defence files, and has appeared at all levels of BC courts. In Wieruszewski v. British Columbia, Moscoe successfully challenged police procedure during a breathalyzer-refusal case, arguing police failed to properly instruct the client on the breath test, a decision that has since been cited in other cases. Moscoe earned a J.D. from the Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law, volunteering there with the Legal Services Society and taking part in the faculty's Public Legal Information Project.
