Ian Moes is a managing partner at Kuhn LLP, practicing law in Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. He advises business clients on strategic matters including employee ownership, acquisitions, real estate development, commercial financing, and employment and human rights issues. He has represented clients at all levels of court, in arbitrations, mediations, and administrative tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Canada and the BC Human Rights Tribunal. He serves as a director with several for-profit companies and charitable organizations, including the Abbotsford Airport Authority. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Alberta and a B.B.A. from Trinity Western University, both in 2007, and also studied at Tilburg University in the Netherlands.
