About Amir

Amir Ghahreman worked as an accountant before attending law school and practised with a downtown Vancouver firm for over a decade before joining Richards Buell Sutton, focusing on M&A, corporate, commercial, compliance, and employment matters, including shareholder agreements and construction contracts. He serves as an adjunct professor at the UBC Peter A. Allard School of Law's Centre for Business Law and volunteers as a wrestling coach. He holds a CPA, CA designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (2003), an LL.B. from Dalhousie University (2006), and a B.B.A. in C.A. Co-Op from Simon Fraser University (2003), and was called to the bar in 2007.
