About Michael

Michael Connors has practiced business law for over 20 years, advising businesses, investors, and owners on start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing, tax-driven reorganizations, commercial real estate, regulatory compliance, and succession and estate planning. He earned his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 2001 and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2002. He is ranked nationally by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and Best Lawyers Canada in banking and finance, corporate, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions law, and was named Lawyer of the Year for Corporate Law in Fredericton by Best Lawyers Canada in 2025.
