About Daniel

Daniel Maher, a Fredericton native, advises businesses, organizations, and individuals on commercial transactions, business structuring, corporate governance, financing arrangements, and real estate transactions. He earned his BA, MA, and J.D. from the University of New Brunswick, and during law school worked with the UNB Sport Law Clinic advising sport organizations across Atlantic Canada.
