About Emily

Emily Hepditch practices corporate law, commercial law, and litigation, advising business owners on shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning. Originally from St. John's, Newfoundland, she earned an honours degree in linguistics, psychology, and criminology from Memorial University before moving to Fredericton to attend UNB Law, graduating with her J.D. in 2024. Outside law she is a published novelist and children's book author.
