About Jeffrey

Jeff is a Partner in McInnes Cooper's Saint John office and leads the firm's cannabis group, carrying on a general corporate-commercial practice focused on commercial transactions, secured lending and securities law. He acts for issuers and agents in corporate finance transactions, including prospectus offerings, private placements and offering memoranda, and advises clients in aviation, transportation, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals on business law matters. Jeff is listed as a Leading Lawyer in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and received Best Lawyers' Securities Law "Lawyer of the Year" awards for Saint John in 2018 and 2019. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick and the Law Society of Ontario.
