About Jahvon

Jahvon Delaney focuses on corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and agreements, corporate formation and reorganization, securities, and tax. Delaney has worked on transactions involving both private and public companies, including drafting share purchase agreements, leading large-scale due diligence and document review, and acting for borrowers and lenders on credit financing arrangements. That experience also includes assisting with corporate reorganizations and entity formation, and helping U.S.-based companies navigate Canada Revenue Agency matters involving non-resident directors. Delaney earned a JD from Dalhousie University in 2022 and a BA from Saint Mary's University in 2019, and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2023.
