About Carole

Carole Chan helps companies manage legal and regulatory matters in the technology, natural resources, agri-business, and energy sectors, practicing in both French and English. As environmental counsel she has advised on contamination and remediation, asset and business sales, insurance matters, and brownfield redevelopment, and her Aboriginal law work includes the duty to consult with First Nations. She earned an LL.B. and B.C.L. from McGill University in 2004 and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2007, and chairs community roles including the presidency of the Frye Festival's board.
