About Brean

Brean Marshall is a corporate commercial lawyer who assists clients with incorporation and business structuring, with a particular interest in tax law. She earned a BA in Law and Society and a Certificate in Criminology from Memorial University of Newfoundland before completing her J.D. at the University of New Brunswick in 2021, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2022. During law school she took part in the UNB Law Tax clinic and the Pro Bono Canada Wills Project.
