About Christina
Christina Wallis practices as counsel in civil litigation and employment law, taking a practical, solutions-focused approach to workplace and commercial disputes. She advises both employers and employees on matters such as employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, workplace policies and handbooks, termination letters, and claims of wrongful dismissal or discrimination. Her litigation practice also extends to commercial disputes, creditor remedies, mortgage enforcement, and construction lien matters, along with human rights claims and real estate issues like cottage easements. She has acted for banks and lenders, as well as landlords, property managers, corporations, and clients in the funeral industry. Christina earned her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2004, was called to the Ontario bar in 2005, and holds a Construction Law Certificate.
