He practises corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on banking and corporate finance matters. His experience includes acting for Canadian and international banks, non-bank financial institutions and corporate borrowers in bilateral and syndicated financings, senior and subordinated debt, asset-based facilities, securitizations, debt capital markets transactions and other forms of debt financing. He has acted in domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional financings.
