About Michael
Michael A. Bailey joined Sullivan Festeryga in 2022 and was called to the bar in 2023. Before joining the firm he worked as a summer student at a boutique employment, labour and human rights practice, and he now helps employees, unions and employers with wrongful dismissal claims, workplace discrimination issues, and drafting employment agreements and policies. His practice also touches on corporate and commercial law and insurance defence. He favours a proactive approach aimed at spotting legal risks early to save clients time and cost.
