About Branko

Branko J. Kurpis is a partner at Sullivan Festeryga LLP, practicing across insurance law and litigation, personal injury claims, wills and estates work, estate administration disputes, and broader civil litigation. He joined the firm as an associate in 2012 after completing his articles there and was promoted to partner in 2020. Branko earned an Honours B.A. in History and Political Science and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from McMaster University before completing his law degree at the University of Windsor in 2011. He has coached the St. Thomas More Legal Knights mock trial team since 2011, leading them to several championships and runner-up finishes. Branko also serves as treasurer of the Croatian Sports and Community Centre of Hamilton and is fluent in Croatian, allowing him to serve the local Croatian community.
