About Daniel

Daniel Chomski is an associate at Gowling WLG in Ottawa with a broad disputes and advisory practice for businesses, governments, public institutions, and professionals. His practice is grounded in commercial litigation including contract disputes, shareholder claims, injunctions, workplace disputes, and judicial review proceedings. His approach is informed by prior experience as an advisor to federal cabinet ministers and as an officer in the Canadian Forces Naval Reserve. He currently leads Gowling WLG's involvement in Pro Bono Ontario's CERB/CRB Overpayment Program.
