About Blaine
Blaine Edson is an associate in TSC Law's Corporate & Commercial group, working on private and institutional financing, mergers and acquisitions, share and asset purchases, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations and commercial real estate. He also represents clients in commercial litigation, including breach of contract, professional liability, fraud, defamation, insurance coverage, mortgage enforcement and shareholder remedies. Blaine earned his JD from the University of Windsor, where he worked as a litigator and supervisor at Community Legal Aid, and holds a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Western Ontario. Before joining TSC Law he was an associate at a full-service Toronto firm and served as in-house counsel for a large Canadian multinational insurance company, and he was called to the bar in 2015.
