About Curtis

Curtis C. Zizzo is a partner who was called to the bar in 2008 after joining the firm in 2007, and he became a partner in January 2016. Born and raised in Hamilton, he earned a Joint Honours BA from the University of Waterloo before completing his law degree, with a specialization in Environmental Law, at Dalhousie University in 2007. His practice centers on civil litigation, particularly tort claims and accident benefits matters, and he draws on both areas when handling motor vehicle accident litigation. Curtis has appeared before various administrative tribunals as well as the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court, with several of his cases published in tribunal and court decisions. He serves as an elected member of the Ontario Bar Association's Council and belongs to the Hamilton Law Association, the Hamilton Lawyers' Club and the Hamilton Medical-Legal Society. He also practices in wills and estates.
