About Melissa

Melissa Malden is a partner at TDS whose practice covers business law, tax law, and estate law. Her work focuses on corporate reorganizations, succession planning for family owned businesses, mergers and acquisitions, unanimous shareholder agreements, and the sale of businesses, along with related tax issues. Melissa also assists clients with estate and incapacity planning, including wills, powers of attorney, and trusts, and advises executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries through estate administration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta (2003) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba (2007), and completed the In-Depth Tax Course through Chartered Professional Accountants Canada. She was called to the Manitoba bar in 2008. Her services are provided through M.M. Malden Law Corporation.
