About Marc

Marc Pelletier is an associate at MLT Aikins LLP in Winnipeg, practising taxation, corporate and commercial law, business succession, and trusts, estates and legacy planning. He advises clients on the income tax aspects of corporate and partnership reorganizations, personal tax planning, tax-efficient business structuring, and mergers and acquisitions, and helps families implement trusts for succession and intergenerational business transfers. Pelletier resolves tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, including challenging assessments and pursuing relief through fairness programs. He was called to the bar in Alberta and British Columbia in 2020 and in Manitoba in 2021, and holds a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick (2019).
