About Josh
Josh Bokhaut is a partner at Pitblado Law practising tax law and corporate and commercial law, focused on helping business owners with personal and corporate tax planning, corporate structuring and reorganization, and mergers and acquisitions. He represents many physicians and dentists and their professional corporations, working alongside their accountants and other advisors on tax planning related to purchasing, structuring, and selling businesses, as well as tax efficient estate planning. He earned his J.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2015 and completed the first three years of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada In-Depth Tax Course. Bokhaut was admitted to the Manitoba Bar in 2016 and belongs to the Manitoba Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
