About Nick

Nick's practice spans corporate-commercial law, tax planning, competition law and international trade, regularly advising clients on cross-border transactions, tariff issues and Competition Bureau matters. He also has a growing charities and not-for-profit practice, and advises the firm's large First Nations clients on business, governance and public law matters, including First Nations Property Taxation Systems. Nick completed an LL.M. at Harvard Law School focused on corporate law, ethics and governance, and served as President of the Manitoba Law Students' Association.
