About Maxine
Maxine Blennerhassett's immigration law career began in 2017 when she joined Larlee Rosenberg as a Case Manager. She remained in that role until graduating from UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2023, then completed her articles with the firm and joined as a lawyer in 2024. With more than eight years of immigration law experience, she has supported clients on work permits, LMIAs, complex admissibility issues, permanent residence applications, citizenship, and related litigation. During her studies, she received the Singleton Reynolds Prize in Torts, served on the UBC Law Review board, and studied abroad at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. She holds a Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies, and Procedures from UBC (2016) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria (2010), and volunteers with the Canadian Bar Association's Women Lawyers Forum and the BC Games Society.
