About Winsome
Winsome Glover brings nearly 20 years of diverse legal experience to Richards Buell Sutton's Lending and Secured Transactions Group, representing banks, credit unions, life insurance companies, public institutions, mortgage investment corporations, and other private lenders on complex real estate matters. Her background includes commercial real estate work in Australia, in-house counsel roles at Toronto-based companies, and 13 years at RBS focused on lending, mergers and acquisitions, and the advanced education sector. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Western Australia (2004), with a semester abroad at the University of British Columbia, and a B.Sc. from the University of Western Australia (2001). She was called to the bar in Western Australia in 2006, Ontario in 2010, and British Columbia in 2010.
