About Krisha

Krisha Dhaliwal was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2016 and is a Partner at Larlee Rosenberg, where she began her career as an articling student. She advises individuals and employers across sectors including construction, engineering, education, technology, and non-profits, specializing in work permits and permanent residency applications through economic, regional, and family-based programs. She completed a research-intensive Master of Laws at the University of Toronto in 2020, focusing on Canadian immigration and international law, with a thesis on Canadian intercountry adoption law. Krisha writes and presents frequently on immigration law and has a background in non-profit and public sector governance, including co-founding a legal clinic that provides multilingual, low-barrier pro bono legal services in British Columbia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Simon Fraser University (2012) and a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia (2015), and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of British Columbia.
