About Emily

Emily Creighton is an associate at Access Law Group, which she joined before her call to the bar, first as a legal assistant and then as a paralegal, before returning after completing her law degree. Her practice covers personal injury, wrongful dismissal, contract litigation, and wills and estates, and she has acted as trial counsel in both Provincial and Supreme Court. She earned her JD from the University of British Columbia in 2019 and her BA in 2014, and was called to the BC bar in 2020. During law school she volunteered with the Law Students Legal Advice Program and the Indigenous Community Legal Clinic and competed in the Peter Burns Moot.
