About Jeevyn

Jeevyn Dhaliwal, K.C., represents public sector and business clients on workplace immigration matters, working with senior management and human resources professionals to facilitate the engagement of foreign workers in Canada. She has served more than a decade as an elected Bencher of the Law Society of British Columbia from Vancouver County, including as the Law Society's 2024 president, and now serves on the Legal Professions BC Transitional Board. She is also a member of the Federal Judicial Advisory Committee and an instructor in the Legal Studies Department at Capilano University. She has been included in Best Lawyers in Canada for immigration law since 2014, received a King's Counsel designation in 2019, and is a Lexpert Zenith Award winner. She holds an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia (1997) and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1998.
