About Nicole

Nicole Chan is an Associate Lawyer at Larlee Rosenberg, which she first joined in 2019 as an Articling Student, and has practised immigration law exclusively since. She works closely with individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and small businesses to develop personalized immigration strategies, and frequently represents clients before the Federal Court of Canada on applications for leave, judicial review, and writs of mandamus. She serves as a Continuing Professional Development Coordinator for the Canadian Bar Association's national immigration section. During law school at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, she received the Jongman Kim Memorial Prize in Korean Legal Studies and coordinated the UBC chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics (2016) and a Juris Doctor (2019), both from the University of British Columbia, was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2020, and is fluent in English with working proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
