About Benjamin
Benjamin (Ben) Wilhelm was called to the bar in Ontario in 2021, where he practised before joining Larlee Rosenberg and the Law Society of British Columbia in 2025. He provides a full range of temporary and permanent immigration services for individuals, families, and businesses, with particular experience in immigration applications for businesses and entrepreneurs and in addressing applications with prior refusals. He has represented workers and business owners across technology, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, transportation, and tourism sectors, as well as students and retirees from those industries. Ben draws on a background in psychology and an interest in immigration statistics and trends to bring an evidence-based, human-centred approach to his practice. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association.
