About Luke

Luke Woolford is a partner in the Business Law Group and Chair of the Corporate Commercial Practice. His practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial law. He represents clients across industries including manufacturing, retail, natural resources, pharmaceuticals, and media, and advises foreign companies regarding Canadian legal matters. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School (2005) and a B.Kin. Honours from McMaster University (2000).
