About Graeme

Graeme Sperryn is a business law partner who advises owner-operators and professionals on matters ranging from corporate structuring to mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. He guides clients from initial organizational planning and expansion all the way through succession and tax planning. Graeme moved to Canada from South Africa back in 1989, after growing up on a sugar cane farm, eventually settling in London, Ontario. He earned his law degree from Western University and was called to the bar in 1994. He speaks Afrikaans in addition to English, and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada from 2021 to 2026.
