About Matthew

Matthew (Matt) Bolt is an associate at TDS's Pembina Valley office with a general practice focused primarily on corporate and commercial law. Bolt's experience includes corporate structuring and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Manitoba in 2013 and his J.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2016, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2017. In the community, he serves as Director, Secretary, and Treasurer of Minnewasta Golf and Country Club Ltd. and has previously volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada.
