About Marlon
Marlon Rajakaruna is a corporate-commercial lawyer at Kingsgate Legal focused on life sciences, health care, and commercial transactions. He previously practised for more than 18 years at a large international law firm, where he co-led its national and global life sciences and health care practice groups, and regularly speaks at clinical research conferences. Marlon advises pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, and clinical research clients on mergers, acquisitions, commercial agreements, and regulatory matters. He earned an LL.B. and an M.B.A. from the University of Alberta in 2001 and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Calgary in 1997, and holds a Harvard Law School certificate in negotiation from 2008.
