About Devan

Devan Vercaigne is an associate at MLT Aikins LLP in Winnipeg, practising corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate. He has advised consolidators in the dentistry, pharmacy, and physical therapy sectors on transactions spanning from British Columbia to the Maritimes. Vercaigne earned his J.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2024 and completed his articles with MLT Aikins in 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Manitoba (2021), where he received the medal for highest-standing graduate in his faculty, and served as vice-president of the Business Law Group during law school.
