A partner in Swainson Miki Peskett's corporate-commercial group, Aly Fry practises in corporate, employment, and intellectual property law. She assists clients with business formation and structuring, corporate governance, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including distribution, supply, manufacturing, and franchise agreements, and advises on reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. She also maintains an employment law practice covering employment contracts, terminations, human rights, and workplace investigations, and is a registered Canadian Trademark Agent advising on trademarks, copyrights, licensing, and software agreements.
