He has advised First Nation clients on economic development on and off reserve, including additions to reserve, land designations and commercial developments such as casinos, hotels and large residential projects, and has led national and cross-border financings for First Nations exceeding $200 million on individual transactions. Roger earned his LLB from the University of Saskatchewan in 1989 and his BBA from St. Francis Xavier University in 1986, and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 1990.
